Excluding official cash/tax rebate or credit schemes, we are looking for an initiative from a local, regional or national Film Commission or government organisation which has made a significant impact on their territories and created an interesting proposition for film, TV movie, TV series, episode, advertisement or short form.


The Lower Austrian Film Commission for its digital platform EVERGREEN PRISMA , which provides free access to professional expertise and the tools for implementing green filming into daily production processes. The judges praised the Commission for taking responsibility for the future. “This initiative leads a long-needed culture of change that goes beyond their own territory.”

The Te Puna Kairangi Premium Fund and the Ara ki te Puna Kaiarangi Premium Development Fund were created to support the Aotearoa New Zealand production sector’s recovery from COVID-19.
