Judges are looking for the creation of a game-changer in the way the industry produces, using new technology applied to workflow, communication or distribution.


The powerful, intuitive and time-saving cloud-based app assists with production management and coordination. The app handles elements such as paperless crew and cast hiring, suppliers and locations management, scheduling for pre-production and shooting, and production and legal paperwork releasing.

The first real-time solution that connects operational costs to carbon emissions. The core ambition of this project is attract productions for its innovative real-time budget, while calculating, also in real-time, the carbon footprint, thereby making sustainable film productions a reality.

Copenhagen Industries

The first viable alternative to firing blank weapons. Daniel and his team are a groundbreaking new start-up developing safe and reliable technologies for special effects in entertainment, event, film and TV. Their recently patent-awarded Violette recreates the visible and audible effect of a real firing weapon by igniting an electronically controlled mixture of propane and oxygen. They aim to replace all blank-firing weapons on film sets, providing safer/cheaper options.
